Mia DeWeese

Mia DeWeese is a New York City based performer, choreographer, and dance teacher. She is an associate choreographer, ensemble swing, and dance captain for Tony-award winning Moulin Rouge! the Musical. Other theater credits include ensemble/swing of The Lucky Ones (Ars Nova), associate choreographer As You Like It (The Public Theater/Public Works). Television credits include associate choreographer/ensemble Rent: Live (Fox Network), ensemble The Gilded Age (HBO). She was a dancer and artistic collaborator for Freemove Dance company, and performed Sonya Tayeh's dance symphony You'll Still Call Me By Name at New York Live Arts and Jacob's PIllow.
